Q. How much trash do you usually collect?

A."We collect 100lbs each pickup and, we've currently collected an estimate 500lbs within all our pickups combined"

 

Q. How much waste do you think plagues South Florida as a whole?

A."If I had to make an estimate on how much trash is in South Florida, it would probably be in the hundred thousands"

 

Q. What is usually the best part of the cleanups?

A. "The best part of the cleanups would be meeting the committed volunteers. It's a wonderful feeling to have genuine conversations with people from all different backgrounds, so you get every side of the story as to why they are here."
